If you are enrolling your student part-time, you do not need to submit an application. You may register for courses directly! To get started, confirm your student's eligibility by reviewing the following:
Students who take one course are not eligible to enroll at Williamsburg Academy of Colorado or through the HSE program. However, you may register and pay privately through Williamsburg Academy Private School. Instructions for registering through private pay are available on this page.
Students may not move from part-time to full-time during the school year.
Part-time students must meet with our Academic Counselor prior to switching to full-time enrollment:
The Academic Counselor will determine if your student has the ability to meet graduation requirements
The Academic Counselor will determine if the credits for homeschool courses will be accepted as part of the graduation plan. The student must demonstrate competency in math and language arts using the NWEA MAP assessment for courses not taken in an accredited school.
Prior to selecting courses in SIS, please review our recommended course paths and course schedules on the How to Register page.
Once you know your student’s desired courses, go to the Registration tab in SIS and select their courses.
Then, complete these steps:
As your payment method, select “Yes” for “Third-Party.”
Find “WAC - Part Time Program” in the drop-down menu and select it.
Then select which enrollments will be covered, which is “All.”
Finally, your amount due should be zero, and you can press “Submit.”
Once submitted, our team will reach out to confirm your child’s registration. In the meantime, you can begin preparing the required documents we’ll need to complete their enrollment in the HSE program. See the “Prepare Documents” section below for details.
