9:00 – 9:25 AM	Williamsburg Welcome & School Kickoff
9:30 – 9:55 AM	School Breakouts School-specific kickoff and course overview.
10:00 – 11:30 AM	Canvas Orientation Module
11:30 – 12:00 PM	Lunch
12:00 – 2:00 PM	Writing Roadmap Benchmark Recommended benchmark — assigned to some students.

Tuesday · Orientation · Day 2	August 11
9:00 – 9:50 AM	Llamapalooza! WL games and activities to kick off the day.
10:00 – 11:30 AM	STAR Math Benchmark Recommended benchmark — assigned to some students.
11:30 AM– 12:00 PM	Lunch
12:00 – 1:30 PM	STAR Reading Benchmark Recommended benchmark — assigned to some students.
1:45 – 2:30 PM	The Great Llama Giveaway Live Q&A and raffle to wrap up orientation.

Classes Begin	Wed–Thu, August 12–13
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM	Students attend their first classes Orientation-style sessions where students meet their mentors and go over what each class is like, the rules, and expectations.

Getting Started	Friday, August 14
All day	Getting Started Module Students work through the Getting Started module in each of their courses.

Get Ready	Thu–Fri, August 6–7
