High School Honors Courses
High school honors courses are offered in a 4.5 GPA scale instead of the standard 4.0 GPA scale. This ensures that student GPAs accurately reflect the difficulty of courses taken. To calculate the GPA of letter grades in high school honors courses, simply add 0.5 to the GPA value.
