Jessica Davis, Governance Committee
After graduating in 2010 from Utah State University with a graduate degree in mathematics, Jessica taught math for 6 years to preschool, middle school, high school, and university students. She finds the most joy in engaging with students to help them understand their potential as well as the content. When she was hired at Utah Tech in 2016, this love of connection translated into working with our community in the world of concurrent enrollment and in the creation of STEM outreach programs for local students. She also enjoys trying to grow tomatoes and exploring Southern Utah with her husband and three kids.
